Eden najbolj vznemirljivih live-actov britanske underground scene prihaja v Ljubljano!

Maruja, alternativni post-rock bend s pridihom punka in jazza iz Manchestra, bo 20. decembra nastopil v Orto baru.

Glasba Maruje je svojevrstna eksplozivna mešanica post-rocka, punka in jazza na visoko umetniškem spektru, ki jo odlikujejo vrhunski songwriting in napeti čustveni trenutki. Polna je saksofonske psihedelije, prodornega realizma in redkih ekspresivnih vokalov, zapletena in niansirana, z izrazito dinamiko in mikavnim groovom. Saksofon je osrednji element glasbene identitete Maruje. Njihove nepredvidljive, a hkrati zelo organske pesmi vas spontano ponesejo na valovih čustev skozi zvočne pokrajine.

Bend sestavljajo Harry Wilkinson (vokal in kitara), Joe Carroll (alt saksofon in vokal), Matt Buonacorsi (bas) in Jacob Hayes (bobni).
