For tickets purchased at the Entrio point of sale, a refund request must be submitted via the website www.entrio.si/refund, not later than one month after the scheduled start of the event.
Please note, refunds for tickets purchased at the point of sale can no longer be obtained at the point of sale!

Čaga na pune bo v letošnji izvedbi pomemben del dogodka Laško pohorski smuk. To je edini smučarski dogodek, kjer si ne želimo snega. Veleslalomska proga se namreč postavi kar na travi. Za še večjo zabavo na progi dodamo tudi manjšo skakalnico. Gre za smučanje po zeleni strmini, ki združuje legendarne smuči RC Elan in mariborsko smučarsko središče – Pohorje. V letošnji izvedbi bo tekmovanje potekalo 21. septembra 2024. Snežni stadion in prizorišče bomo skupaj z vami popeljali nekaj desetletij nazaj – v čudovita osemdeseta. Glasbena podlaga in okusna hrana bosta poskrbeli za nepozaben zaključek smučarskega dne.
Če smo te prepričali, in bi se tudi ti rad/a spustila po pohorski strmini malo drugače, se še vedno lahko prijaviš na smučarski del dogodka. Skoči na uradno spletno stran https://www.laskopohorskismuk.com/ in se prijavi. Drugače pa se vidimo na vreji čagi.

What is the Booking fee?
The Boooking fee covers one part of the costs that Entrio, as a ticketing agency, incurs to process the transaction, issue the ticket and allow you to enjoy the event.
Entrio charges Booking fee for every ticket purchased, for all payment methods on the Internet and at points of sale, which covers, among other things, the cost of Entrio customer support, server system maintenance, administration and other costs associated with issuing the ticket .
Booking fee amount can sometimes depend on Entrio's commercial arrangements with the event Organizer.
Booking fee is non-refundable.
